摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,交通安全也成为危及人生安全的重要因素。但多年来却由于种种原因很难控制。本论文给出了一种以PIC单片机为控制核心的新型语音警告和车速控制系统,介绍了该系统与传统控制系统相比的优点和可应用价值,同时给出了该系统的工作原理,硬件规划和软件设计。该论文的研究成果有助于减少交通事故的发生,有效的保护了人们的生命财产安全。with the rapid development of economy, traffic safety is becoming one of the most important factors which threat people’s life. But it can not be controlled effectively for many years. The thesis designed a new kind of control system of voice alarm and speed control based on PIC SCM , and introduced its work principle ,hardware and software design in this system and particular mer- its compared with traditional control means.the paper is helpful to reduce traffic accidents, and to protect people’s life and property.
