摘　　要：《湖北省普通话水平测试评分细则》是保障湖北省普通话水平测试科学、规范操作的标准。该文通过对先后出台的新旧《评分细则》进行对比分析,认为新《评分细则》在内容和形式上,更科学、更规范、更精确、实用性更强、更具操作性。The Detailed Grading Rules on Putonghua Test of Hubei is a standard which guarantees the scientific and normative operation of the test.The thesis makes a comparison between the old and the new edition of Detailed Grading Rules on Putonghua Test of Hubei,and concludes that the new edition is more scientific,more normative,and more practical and instructional.
