摘  要:研究了仙人掌多糖(Polysaccharides of Opuntia dillenii Haw.OPS)对 CCl_4肝损伤小鼠的保护作用.用 OPS 溶液预先灌胃30 d,末次灌胃后2 h 腹腔注射0.10%CCl_4(20 mL/kg)的花生油溶液,造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型,18 h 后测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.表明预先灌胃 OPS 溶液,具有显著地抑制 CCl_4引起的小鼠血清 ALT 活性、AST活性及肝脏 MDA 含量的升高,对肝脏 SOD 活性的降低有明显改善作用.说明:OPS 对 CCl_4致小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用.To investigate the protective effect of OPS on liver injury in mice induced by carbon tetra- chloride(CCl_4),OPS solution was given i.g.30 d.After 2 h of the last administration,the intraperitoneal administration of 0.1% CCl_4(20 mL/kg)produced acute hepatic in mice.Thereafter,the activities of ser- um alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and liver superoxide dismutase (SOD),and the content of liver malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured 18 h after CCl_4-injury.The re- sults showed that OPS significantly decreased activities of serum ALT,AST and liver MDA content and in- crease SOD activity in CCl_4-poisned mice.OPS protected mice against liver injury induced by CC14,possibly due to strengthening its antioxidative capability.
