连铸坯热装轧制钢轨组织与性能试验研究

摘　　要：文章主要介绍了采用钢轨钢连铸坯热送热装工艺生产钢轨组织的变化和所能达到的各项性能指标。试验结果表明,连铸坯在640℃以下装炉时,所生产钢轨的各项性能指标均能够满足相关标准要求,且和常规冷态装炉基本一致。This paper introduces the change of microstructure and properties of the rolled rail steel of CC bloom in hot charging.The result shows that the microstructure and the properties in hot charging can be content with needs of the product.It is uniform with the ones from the traditional process.
