摘　　要：在对包钢4#高炉各冷却部位冷却水量和冷却水温差进行全面测试的基础上,分析研究了包钢4#高炉冷却制度特征。提出了合理的炉体热负荷控制范围和延长高炉寿命的措施。The cooling system of No.4 blast furnace of Baotou Steel Corp.is analyzed based on measured data on the cooling water flow rate and the water temperature difference.The reasonable range of the hot load of the furnace and the measures to extende the furnance life are put forward.
