白蚁为害对桉树外植体诱导的影响及对策

摘　　要：通过对白蚁为害地块的桉树萌芽条进行外植体组培诱导研究,结果外植体污染率大幅提高,甚至达到100%,导致诱导失败。分别对四种防治措施下外植体的组培诱导研究表明,用扦插方法繁殖优树萌芽条后,再进行诱导,可降低白蚁对外植体诱导污染的影响。In this paper, influence of termite harm on eucalypt explant induction was studied in tissue culture, the results were showed: the contamination rates of explant from the damaged eucalypt were increased evidently,even to 100%, and led explant induction to failure. Further the explant induction experiments of four controls were performed,the results were showed that the cutting method was effective to reduce termite influence on explant induction.
