摘　　要：掏槽方式及布孔参数影响着掘进效率和成本。济南钢城矿业有限公司通过理论计算与现场实践确定了合理的炮眼深度及其它参数,在原有装备水平的前提下,通过调整生产组织,大幅度地提高了掘进工效,降低了掘进成本。The cut method and the hole parameters affect to the efficiency and cost in raising and drifting.Jinan Steel City Mining Co.Ltd determinated reasonable depth of hole and other parameters by theoretical calculation and practice in the spot.By adjusting organization to produce ,it has not only raised efficiency but also reduced costs on the base of former equipment levels.
