摘  要:用顺序注射(SI)分光光度系统测定微量锡。在强酸性介质中,锡与水杨基荧光酮(SAF)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)形成稳定的三元络合物在500nm处检测。在载流流量为0 8mL/min,进样频率为21样/h时,检出限为0 13mg/L,线性范围为0 13~4.0mg/L,相对标准偏差为1 8%。体系选择性好,样品中的干扰离子除Fe 外,均不用掩蔽。样品和试剂的消耗量小,操作简便、快速,用于两种类型合金钢中锡的测定,结果与标准值一致。A sequential injection (SI) spectrophotometry was developed for the determination of micro amounts of tin. In the strong acidic medium, tin reacts with SAF and SDS to form a ternary complex, which was monitored at 500 nm. A detection limit of 0.13 mg/L tin was obtained with 250 μL sample solution. Optimal amount of SAF and SDS was 400 μL and 67 μL respectively. The linear response range was (0.13)~(4.0) mg/L. The RSD of 1.8% (n=11, 2 mg/L) and a throughput of 21 samples per hour were achieved.
