摘  要:本文通过热力学分析和已有的实验结果,论述了铬铁熔体氧化脱磷的可能性。应用高溶质浓度溶液中组元活度的研究方法,计算了熔体中磷和铬的活度系数。结果表明,随着铬含量的增加磷的活度将有较大幅度降低,高碳条件有利于提高磷的活度和降低铬的活度。讨论了一定条件下高碳铬铁脱磷反应的理论限度和脱磷过程中铬的氧化行为。In this paper, the possibility of dephosphorization by oxidation is discussed through thermodynamic analysis and experimental results. Using an approach for activity of components in solution with high solute concentration, the activity coefficiences of phosphor and chromium in the melt were calculated.
