可乐定对小鼠缺血脑皮质前列腺素F_(2α)含量的影响

摘　　要：将小鼠分为假手术组、脑缺血组和脑缺血后重灌流组三大组,其中后两大组分别又分为生理盐水组、可乐定0.15mg/kg组和可乐定1.0mg/kg组三小组,测定大脑皮质PGF_(2α)含量。结果表明,脑缺血3min可使小鼠脑皮质PGF_(2α)含量显著升高(从平均7.1pg/mg上升到20.4pg/mg),而缺血后重灌流则使PGF_(2α)含量更加升高。与生理盐水组相比,可乐定0.15mg/kg或1.0mg/kg都可显著降低缺血组及缺血后重灌流组小鼠脑皮质PGF_(2α)含量,这有助于减轻缺血及重灌流时PGF_(2α)对脑组织的损害作用。Prostaglandin F2α ( PGF2α ) in the brain cortex was measured in mice which were devided into 3 groups, ie sham operation group, cerebral ischemia group and reperfusion after cerebral ischemia group, treated with saline or clonidine ( 0 .15~1 .Omg/kg ) , respectively. The results showed that the PGF2α level in the ischemia group treated with saline was higher than sham operation group, but the PGF2α level in reperfusion group was the highest in all groups.
