摘　　要：用微灌流方法研究了棉酚在大白鼠附睾管尾端的转运情况。发现棉酚很难进入附睾液。用脂质体包埋棉酚也不能提高其转运率、讨论了棉酚在附睾与睾丸中的不同转运情况。设想血附睾与血睾屏障二者对物质的转运有所不同。Transport of gossypol by rat cauda epidldymis has been studied using microperfusion technique. It was found that gossypol entered ep-ididymal duct at very much limited rate in spite of its high plasma level. There was no difference between the aqueous & liposome formulations of gossypol to get into the epididymal duct from the blood.
