摘　　要：武钢原料场通过技术改造优化作业线及货场布置 ,并运用JIT原理加强内部管理等措施 ,显著降低了生产成本 ,提高了原料场混匀矿的产量和质量。通过改造 。By technical reformations the operating line and layout of freight location in raw material yard of WISCO are optimized, and by the application of JIT theory the internal management is strengthened. So, the production cost is obviously decreased and the quality and output of blending ores in raw material yard are improved, and meet the requirements of sintering raw material.
