摘 要:研究了微波作用下一水硬铝石型铝土矿的拜耳法溶出过程,并分析其过程机理。与传统的拜耳法溶出相比,该过程溶出温度降低,溶出速率提高,且能消除钛结疤等危害,是解决一水硬铝石难溶及降低氧化铝生产能耗的新途径。Study on microwave-assisted the Bayer digestion porcess of diasporic bauxites has been carricd out, and its mechanism analyzed.The results show that digestion temperatures are lowered,and digestion rate is raised, and dam-age of“titanium scar” can be removed compared with the conventional Ba-yer process.
