摘  要:本文从不同途径导出了计算在铝电解槽中电解共析生产铝基合金时的合金浓度公式(逐步计算式与通式),并以生产Al-Si合金与Al-RE合金为例进行了计算。结果表明,阴极合金浓度随出铝周期的变化,开始阶段上升较快,以后逐渐缓慢,最终向最大浓度(a_M)逼近。Three equations for calculation of alloying elements concentration im aluminium based alloys produced on the basis of co-electrodepositing principle in aluminium reduction cell were derived by different ways.For example, the concentration of silicon in Al-Si alloy and that of rare-earth in Al-RE alloy were calculated and plotted as a function of tapping number(n).The increasing concentration of alloying elements with tapping number is limited to maximum content (a_M)of alloying elements in alloys under the ...
