摘　　要：从社会学角度出发， 以西安市群众体育为研究对象， 运用文献资料， 调查与观察及逻辑学方法来析探讨群众体育发展的制约因素， 从理论上剖析了影响群众体育发展的内部与外部因素， 为实际工作者提供了可参考的理论依据。Using the mass sports activity of xi′an as research object and applying research methods such as documentary reference,investigation and logcality,author discussed the factors which restrict the development of mass sports from socialogy,especially in internal factors and external factors.It will help to provide theoretical referemce for practical workers.
