“强化转重心”法──对乒乓球正手攻球技术提高的研究

摘　　要：以８４名大学生为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。在进行乒乓球正手攻球技术教学实验中，实验组采用在传统教学方法的基础上辅以＂强化转重心＂法；对照组仅采用传统的教法。实验结果表明，前者正手攻球的技术掌握情况明显优于后者．建议在大学生乒乓球教学和训练中采用此法。college students, as the subjects, were divided into two groups through randomsampling, the experimental one and Comparative one, In the course of learnign the forehand drivetechnique the former was taken by the centre of gravity move method in the traditional teaching,the latter only was taught by traditional ones, The result showed that the formers technique wasbetter than that of latter.
