摘　　要：介绍了0.01级单相电能表标准装置的主要技术指标、工作原理对其电能测量误差中测量不确定度评定与表示方式进行了探讨。This paper is an introduction of the main technical parameters and work ing principles of the class 0.01 single phase electrical energy meters.There is also a study on the evaluation and expression of uncertainty measurement in erro r of electrical energy measurement.
