摘　　要：本文以BESIII的TOF探测器中的前置放大器为主要内容,详细介绍了该前放的设计理念、结构特点、性能参数及测试实验等方面的内容。论文着重讨论了该前放高增益高带宽,差分输出的设计特点以及对放大器参数的测试实验和老化实验。This article describes the preamplifier of the time-of-flight detector in BES Ⅲ, including the design principle, structure feature, performance parameter and burn-in test of the preamplifier. The preamplifier takes an important role in the 25ps time resolution of the TOF electronics system; moreover the preamplifier accomplishes high bandwidth, high gain and large dynamic range.
