摘　　要：叙述了使用orCAD软件仿真电荷灵敏前置放大器的方法,半导体辐射探测器的电荷仿真信号源的设计,讲述了一个仿真设计实例。结果说明软件仿真精度能够满足设计要求,可以代替大部分实验。This paper describes the method of simulation charge-sensitive preamplifier with orCAD software,the design of charge-signal sources of semiconductor radiation detectors expressed by a simulation design example.The results show that the simulation accuracy of the software meets the design requirements,so the simulation can replace most of experiments.
