摘　　要：介绍了一种新颖的的X荧光测量仪。重点阐述了以ADμC812单片机为控制核心的多道脉冲幅度分析器的设计,以及以Labview为软件开发平台的谱处理软件和USB固件设计。系统由多道分析器对探头输出的信号进行分析,然后通过USB接口与PC机通信,再由虚拟谱软件对数据进行处理。结果表明该系统功能完善、性能可靠。The new X-ray fluorescence analyzer is presented.The design of multi-channel nuclear spectrum analyzer,based on ADμC812,was introduced in details,and as well as application program design based on Labview,and how to write the USB of drive procedure.It can analyze the output of the radiation detector by multi-channel nuclear spectrum analyzer and give the height spectrum by USB interface.The results indicate that the system has the characteristics of perfect function,reliable performance.
