摘　　要：通过收集统计GM计数管在整机装备中的现场使用失效信息,对计数管现场使用失效率水平进行了分析评价。采用不同应力组合循环模拟计数管现场使用工作状态的方法,我们对J405γ计数管的基本失效率进行了试验测定,并获得了与其现场使用失效率基本一致的结论。所得的有关数据与结论对辐射装备的可靠性工程建设有重要的参考价值。On the basis of the failure data from the field usage of the G-M counter in the equipments, we make the comments on the failure rate level of the G-M counter. With the combination of different stress circles to simulate the working conditions of the counter, we test the J405y type tube and get the basic failure rate, which is almost the same as that we record in practical use.
