摘  要:比较了棉铃虫Helicoverpaarmigera 6龄幼虫、蛹、成虫微粒体P4 50单加氧酶系组成及其活性。P4 50含量在 6龄幼虫中肠 >(脂肪体 =蛹 ) >成虫 ,NADPH 细胞色素还原酶在幼虫中肠>幼虫脂肪体 >蛹 >成虫 ;6龄幼虫脂肪体微粒体与蛹脂肪体微粒体P4 50含量相近 ,但NADPH 细胞色素还原酶活性前者是后者的 4 2倍 ;成虫微粒体的细胞色素P4 50和NADPH细胞色素P4 50还原酶含量很低 ,几乎未检测出。用对 硝基苯甲醚和艾氏剂为底物测定P4 50酶系活性表明 ,与 6龄幼虫相比 ,蛹和成虫具有极低的单加氧酶活性 ,其O 脱甲基酶活性未检出 ,艾氏剂环氧化酶活性比幼虫低 2~The components and activities of microsomal P450 monooxygenases in 6th instar larva, pupa and adult were examined.The results showed that the levels of P450 and NADPH\|P450 reductase were in the order of 6th instar larval midgut>pupae>adults.The contents of cytochrome P450 in pupa was similar to that in 6th instar larval fatbody,while the level of NADPH\|cytochrome P450 reductase in the former was only about quarter as much as that in the latter.In adult microsome,the two components were undetectable.Compar...
