摘　　要：利用内镀方法制造金刚石铰刀是一种精密铰刀制造方法。铰刀的精度是以胎具的制造精度为基础。如何以低成本、高效率得到质量稳定的胎具以及镀层和刀杆连接后如何脱去胎具是铰刀制造过程中的两个难题。本文简要介绍了用纯铝制造胎具的工艺以及脱胎的方法。Inside-holding electroplating process is a precise technique in producing diamond reamer. The precision of reamer depends on the precision of die. There are two key techniques in this process, one is how to stably get the precise die with low cost and high efficiency, and another is how to remove the die. The die (material: Al) manufacturing process and removing technique are presented in this paper.
