摘　　要：电力资源紧张，管理手段落后是我国电力行业的现状。为了缓解电力能源紧张，改变落后的管理手段，在原来定量器、定时器等电力负荷控制装置的基础上，我们研制开发了具有后台管理功能和在网络环境下适行的ＤＫＦ－电力负荷控制装置。有效地解决了限电不拉路，改变了落后的管理手段。he shortage of electric power and the backward measures of managerentare the present situation in power’s industry of our country.
