摘　　要：通过对劳动生产率的分解，提出一个可操作的现场测定劳动生产率的方法，同时根据劳动生产率的分解及劳动生产率的指数。This paper presents a practical on the spot method to measure labour productivity through the decomposition of labour productivity. The relevant factors that influence labour productivity are analyzed through the decomposition and index of labour productivity.
