摘　　要：中华民族优良传统道德是中华民族的脊梁，是中华民族的灵魂，也是我们今天进行社会主义精神文明建设最可宝贵的财富。继承和发扬中华民族优良美德，不仅对办好高等体育教育，培养高水平体育专门人才。促进我国体育事业发展有十分重要的意义，同时对提高国民素养，净化社会风气，推动四化建设，都有着极为重要的意义。The virtue of chinese nation,as the back and soul of chinese nation,is the most valuable wealth for us to carry out Socialist spiritual civilization construction. Carrying on and developing it appear the important meaning for running higher learning of physical education better, training talented person at the higher level, improving national accomplishment, Clearing social atomsphere and promoting Socialist Four Modernizations.
