摘 要:采用马来酸酐或马来酸酯在不同条件下与聚丙烯(PP)进行接枝反应制备相容剂,并将其用于PP/PS,PP/PET,PP/ABS等聚合物的共混改性;比较了接枝物组成、配比、接枝方法等对相容剂性能的影响。通过力学性能测试,透射电镜观察等方法研究了相容剂在共混物中的作用。结果表明,相容剂的加入使不相容的两相高分子形成较细小的分散相,明显改善共混体系的加工性和力学性能。The compatibilizers were prepared by grafting maleate or maleic anhydride to polypropylene (PP) under various conditions, and they were used in some polymer alloy systems, such as PP/polystyrene, PP/polyethlene terephthalate, PP/ABS, etc. The features of compatibilizers made with different kinds of methods or different compositions were compared.
