摘　　要：盘锦海城地区地基土含水量高，孔隙比大，一些性质接近于软土，在高速公路设计时必须对其加以关注，因此对地基的影响及设计时应采取的措施加以论述。There are large water content and hole ratio in foundation soil of Panjin and Haicheng areas,and some of the character is nearly soft soil.So it must be noticed in the design of freeway.The paper descusses foundation influence and measures to be adopted in design.
