摘　　要：描述了空气等离子喷涂的Ｙ－ ＰＳＺ 复合陶瓷涂层，并采用光学显微镜、电子探针、Ｘ—线衍射仪对涂层进行了分析，研究了Ｙ－ ＰＳＺ涂层高温时效相态的变化，并采用该涂层制备了连续退火炉炉辊。Synopsis In this paper the air plasma-sprayed Y-PSZ composite ceramic coatings was described.The characteristics and microstructure and phase of the coatings were analyzed with optical microscope and scanning-electron microscope and x-ray diffraction.The phase variation of high-temperature aging Y-PSZ coatings was investigated. Hearth roll in the continuous annealing furnaces was coated and good effect achieved.
