实型铸造铝合金件中负压的应用

摘　　要：研究了实型铸造中负压和铝合金件粘砂形成的内在关系，从工艺角度提出合适的初始负压度以及适当的浇注系统尺寸是防止实型铸造铝合金件产生塌箱及粘砂的有效途径。In this paper, the inherent relationship between the negative pressure and the adhesion to sand formed in AL alloy casting in evaporative pattern casting has been studied. The author points out technologically that another effective way to pvevent the adhesion to sand lies in selecting suitable original negative pressure and gating system size.
