摘　　要：我国现行著作权法，对保护著作权人的权利作了很多规定，同时，也列出一些限制性条款。因此，在体育论文和科研活动中，引用他人作品内容，在著作权法限制范围内的，系“合理使用”，否则即有可能会产生侵权。本文简要阐明了“合理使用”与侵权的含义，并列举了一些较常见的实例来界定两者之间的界限。The current copyright Law of China contains clear definitions of rights of authors. Therefore,in writing theses of physical education, quotation in line with the definitions is lawful, otherwise it is fortious. In this thesis the writers defined with several examples"the lawful quotation" and "the fortious quotation",sothat the difference between them is made obvious.
