摘　　要：继续实施区域发展总体战略是纲;深入推进西部大开发,全面振兴东北地区等老工业基地,大力促进中部地区崛起,积极支持东部地区率先发展是目。促进大中小城市和小城镇协调发展是走中国特色城镇化道路的根本保证。着力发展经济增长极——城市群则是区域振兴,乃至中国实现现代化的必然选择。虽然主体功能区划分是实施区域发展战略的载体,但目前需要明确单元划分,量化标准,以及是否需要进一步划分若干亚区或亚类等相关问题。Continued implementation of the overall regional development strategy is the key link,in-depth promote the great western development,the comprehensive revitalization of the northeast region and other old industrial bases to vigorously promote the rise of the central region,actively support the development of the eastern region is the first to head.For the universities,cities and coordinated development of small towns is to take the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics and the fundamental guaran...
