摘　　要：在核受体RXRα药理筛选模型指导下,对元宝草(Hypericum sampsonii Hance)进行抗肿瘤活性成分研究,分离得到3个化合物,利用MS、NMR等波谱技术鉴定为槲皮素(1)、大黄素-6-甲醚(2)、叶绿素a(3)。大黄素-6-甲醚和叶绿素a针对RXRα有活性,有效浓度分别为0.1、20μg/mL,两者均首次从该属植物中分离得到。这也是首次以RXRα为靶点对中草药进行的抗肿瘤活性成分研究。Chemical study on the anti-tumor components from Hypericum sampsonii was investigated guided by RXRα bioassay.Three compounds were obtained and identified as qucercetin(1),physcion(2),and chlorophyll a(3).Physcion and chlorophyll a,isolated for the first time from the genus of Hypericum,showed anti-tumor activities with the concentration of 0.1 and 20 μg/mL,respectively.This is the first report concerning the isolation targeting to RXRα of naturally occurring anti-tumor agents from Chinese herbal medicine.
