摘　　要：单色激发光源是单细胞荧光显微系统中的重要组成部分。本文简要介绍了荧光显微检测系统中单色激发光源外围控制电路的组成,并详细介绍了单色激发光源控制电路中自动校准电路以及手控板电路设计。通过外围电路的设计,使得整个单色激发光源系统安全,有效,便于操控。Monochromator is a very important part in living cell fluorescence microscopy system. In this paper, we introduce the configuration of the peripheral control circuit, and more details about the automatic calibration and manus-control system is included. The design of peripheral circuit improves the security and intelligence.
