摘　　要：随着多媒体通信业务的普遍开展,MGCP协议作为VoIP的主流协议而越来越受到人们的关注。媒体网关(MG)及媒体网关控制器(MGC)是MGCP体系架构中必不可少的组成部分,目前存在的MGCP开源协议栈Open MGCP仅支持MG应用,而不支持MGC应用。为此,通过对MGCP协议的分析,给出媒体网关控制器的核心部分—MGCP协议栈的设计与实现,该协议栈能够可靠且高效地实现媒体网关控制器的功能,指导媒体网关建立、修改和维护会话连接。With the widespread use of multimedia communications, people pay more and more attention to Media Gateway Control Protocol(MGCP), one of the most important protocols in the VoIP field. Media Gateway(MG) and Media Gateway Control( MGC) are indispensable as main parts of architectures based on MGCP.
