摘　　要：需求是软件开发的基础,而需求文档的质量直接关系到软件产品的质量。本文在分析了需求文档的11个质量属性之后,针对那些客观可度量的属性,提出了一套需求文档质量评估模型。该模型从5个基于统计的度量对需求文档的质量进行评估。用该模型对既往项目的需求文档进行了全面的评测,结果从一定程度上正确反映了软件需求文档的质量。Requirement is the essence of software development.
