摘　　要：针对目前短信平台设计的不足提出了一种实用而新颖的短信平台设计方案,重点分析了基于智能客户端的短信平台的整体设计架构,并给出该架构的特点和原理,最后详细阐述了本平台的实现技术。In allusion to the deficiency of the current short message platform this text puts forward to a kind of practical but novel design plan. It analyses the global design framework based on the smart client and its characteristic and principle. At last the text explains the implementation technique in the framework of the software in detail.
