摘　　要：为了准确地测量剑杆织机引纬时纬纱的动态张力,合理地配置织机的工艺参数,提出了一种新型的纬纱动态张力测试方法,利用单片机和传感器技术等组成纬纱张力检测系统,实现对纬纱张力的动态检测,并运用该系统对TT96型剑杆织机不同纬纱的张力进行了测试和分析。为生产过程自动化和产品质量的提高提供了途径。In order to measure accurately the weft tensile force and set the reasonable parameters for rapier loom, it established a new test system with the help of microcomputer and sensors, and achieved the measure for weft dynamic tensile force, and used the sys-tem to measure the weft tensile force of different yarns for TT96 rapier loom. The method offers the path to process automation and enhancement of quality of products.
