摘　　要：冷冻除湿机广泛应用在需要控制环境温湿度的场合,设备的性能直接影响着工作效率和能源消耗。本文以CFTZ21型除湿机为对象,搭建了状态监测系统,将设备运行参数通过传感器和PCI数据采集卡采集到上位机,由此评判设备性能状态。由于温度监测点较多以及信号传输距离较远,设计了RTD信号调理板,取得了理想的效果。The dehumidifier has been applied in environment which need to control the humiture widely, it’s performance affects effi-ciency and energy consuming directly. This paper constructed status monitoring system on the base of CFTZ21 dehumidifier, it passed the acquired data to the upper PC by the PCI- 8310 and sensors in order to judge the performance of device.
