摘　　要：按照"零库存"思想和"准时制"原则,对备件的计划、采购、库存等过程进行动态控制与预警管理,通过有效控制采购计划,达到降低备件库存,同时保障维修需要的管理要求。该研究成果已应用于企业设备资产管理系统中的备件管理模块、维修管理模块的业务设计。Based on the thought about zero stock and the principle of just in time,the author Establish a model that control dynamicly the process such as plan,purchase,inventory in spare parts management,and an alarm system about spare parts inventory was estab-lished.this model can decrease spare parts inventory while the demand for equipment maintenance will be met. This research results has been applied to the designing of spare parts management of enterprise asset management.
