摘　　要：传统的网络管理系统无法承担所有的管理任务,为有效管理网络系统,提出一种综合管理的网络管理平台的构想,在此平台上整合多种关键技术,包括系统管理、故障管理、策略和通信机制等,探讨其体系结构、应用特点、技术可行性分析等。Nowadays,all jobs of management cannot be completed by the traditional network management system. In order to manage the network system effectively,in this paper,a thought of a network management platform,which integrates network management and network security,is proposed.
