重构农村金融体系的目标与途径

摘　　要：当前农村经济发展的资金投入严重不足 ,原因在于农村金融“失血”过多 ,信贷紧缩抑制了县域经济发展。只有解放思想 ,正确处理服务县域经济与农村金融自身生存发展的关系 ,重构农村金融体系 ,改善县域金融环境 ,支持县域经济发展 ,才能使农村金融和县域经济进入相互促进的发展轨道。At present, the financial input into rural economy is by far insufficient. It is because that rural finance“loses too much blood', and that the tight credit restrained the development of county economy. The rural finance and the county economy can support each other to develop only by recognizing the relationship between providing services to county economy and the development of rural finance, re-establishing rural financial system, improving county financial environment and supporting the development of county economy.
