摘 要:针对黄河泥沙质陶瓷酒瓶坯体的装饰展开研究,采用低温一次快烧工艺,研制了一系列熔块及半熔块釉。采用XRD、SEM等技术分析了样品性能及微观结构,讨论了影响釉烧成温度的诸因素,探讨了釉的乳浊机理及坯釉结合机理。结果表明,最佳的半熔块釉配方为D-2,烧成温度为1 120℃,釉面硬度为644.4 HV,其主晶相为透辉石,有良好的乳浊效果。釉中生成的透辉石等微晶对光线的漫反射作用使得釉产生乳浊。Based on the research of body decoration on the ceramic wine bottle made with Yellow River silt,a series of semi-frit glaze was made.The performance and microstructure of specimens were tested by TG-DTA,XRD,SEM and so on.The factors which would influence the firing temperature of the glaze were discussed,the opacifying mechanism of glaze and body-glaze fit were also approached.The results showed that the best semi-fritted glaze recipe with fine opacifying effect was D-2,the firing temperature was 1 120 ℃,th...
