摘　　要：随着国际贸易的飞速发展,国际物流业也向着更科学、更便利、更快捷的方向发展。在现代化交通工具、信息技术和管理技术的有力推动下,传统的国际货运代理业务逐步向第三方物流业务发展。第三方物流不仅可以代办传统的货运代理业务,还可以提供货运服务以及物流增值服务。第三方物流比普通的货运代理的服务范围更广。With the rapid development of international trade,international logistics industry develops more scientifically,more conveniently and more efficiently.Now,the traditional business of international freight forwarders develops gradually to a third party logistics business with the promotion of the modern transport,information technology and management techniques.TPL can not only deal with traditional business but also provide services of freight and value-added logistics.It provides a wider scope.
