摘　　要：本文阐述了Atomscan Advantage型顺序扫描电感耦合发射光谱仪测定耐蚀合金3yc7中Al、 Cu、Mn、Ti、Si、Mo等多种金属元素的测试方法,确定了各元素的测定谱线,进行了精密度试验,采用基体匹配法对同一样品与多个单位的ICP-AES方法以及与化学方法对照结果良好。The method of ICP-AES with Atomscan Advantage to determine Al,Cu,Mn,Ti,Si,Mo in corrode-resistant alloy 3yc7 was studied in this paper.The spectral line was determined and the preciseness experiment was fillfuled. The results were identical for the same sample among matrix match method, ICP-AES with several units and chemical method.
