摘　　要：本文介绍了黑龙江东方学院的办学经验,对民办高校应用型专门人才培养模式做了探索。文章在构建市场需求与专业设置紧密衔接的体系,建立培养应用型人才的教学内容体系,和教育向多规格、个性化、多元化的教育转变等方面做了研究。This article sums up the experiences of the Dongfang University of Heilongjiang and explore the models of culturing practical students in private universities. It mainly explores on systems able to closely link the market’ requirements and university’s specialties, able to culture skill students with practical lecture contents, and able to gave students education of multi-standards, differential characters, and multi-directions.
