摘　　要：介绍了一种基于单片微波集成电路技术的非大气窗口的微小型探测系统,从其组成结构及工作原理出发,简要分析了各个功能子电路,重点介绍了压控振荡器,同时,利用HP ADS软件包对60 GHz微小型探测系统进行了仿真,并给出了仿真与实验结果。This paper introduces a kind of Non-atmospheric window miniature detection system based on monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC) technology.Based on its configuration and working theory,this paper analyzes the system's function subsidiary circuits,especially the voltage control oscillator.HP ADS is used to simulate the system and provide the simulation and testing result in the end.
