摘　　要：人民监督员制度虽然还存在着种种制度上的不足和缺陷,但从其运行和实践的效果来看,确实有利于在全社会实现公平与正义,使检察工作更加符合现代司法制度人文化、科学化、规范化的主旨。由于人民监督员制度还处于试运行阶段,尽管高检院对此提出了宏观性的要求,但各地检察机关试行的程度、方法、措施等等还不尽一致。应根据司法理论和实践对人民监督员制度进行深入细致的分析、研究,并对人民监督员制度试点工作进行一定的规范。Although the people's inspector system still has various shortage and weaknesses in system, considering its function and practical effect, it really contributes to realizing the equity and justices in the whole society and making procuratorial work more consistent with the theme of humanity, science and normalization.
