摘　　要：所有权移转是贸易交往中的重要事项。然而,由于所有权移转的特殊性,各国立法对其规定差异很大,国际上也缺乏统一的调整规则。随着我国对外贸易的飞速发展,研究相关国家的所有权移转规则,一方面可以使得我们在发展国际贸易时有的放矢,维护自己的合法权益;另一方面也能够从其他立法例中汲取经验教训,完善我国法律的所有权移转制度。The passing of property is very crucial in the trade of sale.Yet,there is no uniform international rule.With the fast development of China's international trade,it's very necessary to have a comparative research on different country's rule,which can not only help to protect our interest better but also give us more advice to perfect our law rule concerned.
