摘　　要：中国村民自治进程中,农民权利受到侵害的现象屡见不鲜,如何有效保障村民自治权利不受干涉和破坏,就是农村司法救济面临的主要任务和巨大挑战。但结合社会主义和谐社会与新农村建设的要求,当前农村司法救济体系无论在制度建设上还是在现实执行中,都存在重大的缺位现象,扎实健全和推进农村司法救济建设已成为构建和谐农村的关键所在。In the course of self-government by villagers,we could often find that their rights are subjected to violate.So,the main responsibility and big challenges of judicial relief in rural district is how to protect these villagers' rights of self-government effectively.But to meet the demand of constructing a harmonious rural district,there is still serious vacancy in judicial relief whatever from the point of system construction or in the practice.It is necessary to strengthen and develop the system of judicial...
